Dream big then smash what’s in your way. Each person shares their wildest goal, decorates a board with all the barriers holding them back, and literally breaks through them while the group cheers them on. It’s vision board meets girl power meets hell yeah stress relief.

What to Expect
We bring everything to your Airbnb: boards, supplies, expert instruction, and the right energy. You’ll learn proper technique, get plenty of target practice, and smash boards one by one.
Nervous? Don’t be! You’re in expert hands. Every Board Certified experience is led by Beka, a 4th degree black belt and certified Taekwondo instructor. With a decade of experience teaching Taekwondo, leading kickboxing classes, and facilitating groups, she knows how to make board breaking a safe and fun experience for all.
Each person gets individualized coaching. Each break gets celebrated. And when you're done, you walk away with broken boards, amazing photos, and proof that you're all certified badasses.

Location: We come to you within 30 miles of downtown Nashville. Most groups host us at their Airbnb - indoors or outdoors, both work great. We’ll confirm your location after booking to make sure we have the perfect set up.

Meet the Founder
Beka, aka Ninja
I’ve broken a lot of boards in my lifetime - elbow strikes, jumping spin kicks, flying side kicks, you name it. My experience growing up in Taekwondo taught me a valuable lesson: breaking boards is a lot like breaking barriers. You think it’s too hard, you worry you might break something (whether its your bones or your ego), you feel your heart beating through your chest as you stare at the challenge in front of you and wonder if you’re strong enough. But it also taught me that there is nothing more empowering than saying, I’m gonna do it anyway.
Board Certified exists to certify people in what matters the most: their own strength, confidence, and badassery by creating breakthrough experiences — literally — where ordinary people discover their extraordinary power.
